The Keychron K2 (Version 2) and the Keychron K3 (Version 2) are compact wireless keyboards that perform similarly. Socket of Gateron (Hot-swappable) is compatible with almost all the MX style 3pin ("±" key supports 3pin only) and 5pin mechanical switches on the market (including Gateron, Cherry, Kailh, etc. It's well-built and has okay ergonomics with two incline settings, but it doesn't come with a wrist rest. I've been looking at mechanical keyboards for a while now and since there are only a few budget ISO keyboard I thought I chose this one (so I can use it with Hungarian caps).

The Aluminium version is also more of an aluminium frame around the edges of the keyboard, rather than a full alu base. KVM Switch Direct 07/05/2022I wish we had been aware of these Keyboards a long time ago as they are such excellent value. Connect the keyboard wirelessly with up to 3 devices at once and switch between the screens via fn + 1/2/3 (not f1). The Keychron K2 (Version 2) and the Keychron K14 are very similar wireless mechanical keyboards, but they're different sizes. You can find the USB Type C port used to connect it to your Mac or PC on the left side of the chassis.

The south-facing RGB is designed to better illuminate the keyboard backlight from the typist’s angle. It features Gateron Brown key switches with an actuation point of 2mm, providing a tactile typing experience. You can get it with a few different switch types, but sadly, you can't reprogram any of its keys, which is disappointing if you're a gamer. One of the best things about the Keychron K2 V2 is the fact that it works with Bluetooth, with up to three devices. Keychron K2 Pro QMK/VIA wireless custom mechanical keyboard allows anyone to master any keys or macro commands on its 75% compact layout through VIA, it has included keycaps for both Windows and macOS, and users can hot-swap with any MX mechanical switch in a breeze.

I'm also usually suspicious if a sites reviews are consistently 5 star - but I genuinely recommend both this keyboard and keyboardco. The keyboard comes with spare keycaps for Windows Mac, plus grey versions of the accent keys (esc and the backlight key, of which there are also included red accent versions). The Keychron is slightly bigger because it has a function row, navigation buttons, and dedicated arrow keys, but that means the ROYAL KLUDGE is smaller to carry around. The Keychron is more versatile because you can use it with mobile devices and pair it to multiple devices at once. Engineered with more than 15 types of RGB light and comes with different styles (flashing, breathing, or static etc) which will match up to your mood.

Socket of Keychron Non-backlit is compatible with almost all the MX style 3-pin and 5-pin mechanical switches on the market (including Gateron, Cherry, Kailh, etc. Typing feels better on the Keychron because the keys are more stable, but since you can get each keyboard in a variety of switches, the typing quality depends on the ones you get. Plus the brown switches are great, the lighting is superior as I can see all the special characters whereas on the logitech the lighting only illuminates the main letters and numbers.

are part of Keychron's K Pro series, which are upgraded models of the Keychron K Series, that includes the Keychron K2 (Version 2). First, when plugging in to my Surface Pro to charge, the laptop complains that the keyboard is trying to pull too much power, and disables the USB port. With a lifespan of 50 million keystroke we want to make sure that you experience the same feedback for every keystroke. The Keychron K2 (Version 2) and the Keychron K12 are very similar wireless mechanical boards, but the K2 is a 75% board with a dedicated F-row and navigation keys, while the K12 is a 60% compact board. But, even if you’re not one of them like me, then K2 V2 has you covered, with some subtle backlighting options. Simply connect the K2 Pro to your device with a cable, drag and drop your favorite keys or macro commands to remap any key you want on any system (macOS, Windows, or Linux). As said earlier, the Keychron K2 V2 is a somewhat smaller keyboard with 84-key and without a number pad. Opening up the pair of feet underneath gives you a dramatic inclination, which could make your typing experience better or worse, depending on how much inclination you prefer. K2 V2 offers 18 RGB effects, so the chances are that you might get bored of writing before the lighting options run out.

I’m a programmer so keyboard is very important for me and this is one of the best keyboards that I have got. The right Shift key is smaller than the left Shift, so that may cause an increase in typos when you first use it. This keyboard doesn't have the best latency for gaming but it's not noticeable to me; the ergonomics are much more important to me considering I use this for work too. The only thing Keychron needs to do now is start selling keycap sets for other regions besides the UK. If you're looking for a compact mechanical keyboard that is Bluetooth-capable and has the same layout you would find on a UK MacBook, this is it.

The main selling point for me was its ability to be used in both Windows and MacOS by flicking a switch on the side. On the other hand, the K12 is available with the same K2 options, but it's also available with no backlighting at all, and it has more switch options, including Keychron mechanical and optical switches, as well as in a hot-swappable variant.
